Medonim- P is a combination of two drugs called Nimesulide and Paracetamol which belongs to the type of medication called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which is used to get relief from pain and inflammation. Nimesulide is an anti-inflammatory and is known as an analgesic where as Paracetamol acts as an antipyretic and helps to reduce fever.
Medonim-P is used to get relief from pain by reducing the chemical substance which is present in our body that causes pain such as muscle pain, tooth pain, joint pain, headache, and ear pain also helps in painful periods and menstrual cramps. Use of Medonim-P (Nimesulide + Paracetamol) should be avoided when a person is allergic to painkillers and if the patient had any heart history or stomach ulcers.
MEDONIM-P comes in a tablet take it with a glass of water, do not chew or break the tablet. Take Medonim-P after taking food as it can cause problems on an empty stomach. Or, before taking the medication, see a doctor.
Consumption of Medonim-P (Nimesulide and Paracetamol) can cause dizziness and nausea in that case drink water. Avoid drinking alcohol as it can cause sleepiness and also might increase the chance of liver damage. If you face any symptoms for a long time consult your doctor immediately.
